Very nice. I guess Samsung doesn't like you that much hmm?

Chainfire commented on 2012-08-15 at 16:53:

Haha indeed I think they might not be my biggest fans.

Marco Pedrazzoli commented on 2012-08-15 at 17:43:

Respect to Chainfire nr 1 android developer!!! Thanks a lot bro ;)!!!

Steve Hamer commented on 2012-08-15 at 18:08:

+Chainfire Hey man just wondering chairs this will work with Canadian models if not is there one that will reset out flash count?

Steve Hamer commented on 2012-08-15 at 18:08:

If not chairs... lol

graham g commented on 2012-08-15 at 18:59:

Yeah updated :-) ive never understood why manufacturer's don't like rooting n developers like yr self. devices only sell and and survive if the software is good and updated regularly... Thanks n keep up the great work.

Shiv Manas commented on 2012-08-15 at 22:17:

I buy Samsung devices exactly because of apps like this and devs like Chainfire! So if anything, Samsung should be thanking CF.. :-)

Also, don't forget that Steve Kondik is working for Samsung now so it's clear that they appreciate community efforts, well, at least a bit more that other companies like Motorola.

W Tai commented on 2012-08-16 at 04:35:

Good

Chainfire commented on 2012-08-16 at 09:05:

+Steve Hamer the Canadian SGS3 ("d2can" model) is supported.

+Shiv Manas Dass of course they appreciate community efforts - but Triangle Away is different in a very important way ;)

Chainfire commented on 2012-08-16 at 09:09:

Also, contrary to what some claim, Triangle Away is working fine on the international SGS3 Jelly Bean leak.

Shiv Manas commented on 2012-08-16 at 13:14:

[OT, sorry] +Chainfire Now that I have your attention, could you let us know if there's any work underway with getting CF3D and Lumen working under ICS and JB? :) I really, really miss night-vision mode.. for now I'm using the mDNIe negative mode but it's just not the same..

Chainfire commented on 2012-08-16 at 14:44:

Don't know. Honeycomb changed everything around, but had no source. Then Ice Cream Sandwich came around and finally I had source to see if I could fix it, to find out everything has totally changed. I finally figured out a way that MAY be able to work (but will take a shitload of time and research to implement, that I doubt is worth it), now Jelly Bean has again changed a large portion of the rendering. So back to scratch again.

To be honest, I don't think we're going to see this any time soon. Also because the original purpose of Chainfire3D - to make phones compatible with other GPUs - is slowly becoming nigh impossible. Keep in mind that back when CF3D was made, GPUs were rather simple. The latest offerings rival desktop GPUs from a mere few years ago.

Shiv Manas commented on 2012-08-16 at 22:30:

Thanks CF. :)

Sopheak Noun commented on 2012-08-23 at 06:46:

is works with last I9300T firmware ( AP: I9300TDUBLH1, CP: I9300TDUBLH1, ASC: I9300TTHLBLG1). I afraid that when run my SIII will be brick.
