Good news everyone! I've been messing with TriangleAway a bit, and resetting the flash count, binary status, and system status works again in my development build.

The bad news is, resetting this does not reset the new "KNOX WARRANTY VOID" status. Further investigation is needed (and this will take a while), but I will probably update Triangle Away soon anyway - just to stop it from soft-bricking those I9505s with the new firmwares for people who aren't following my daily rantings.

+Chainfire is the new KNOX & SELinux integration at bootloader, purely a development to support wider enterprise adoption?  Or should I worry and breakout the tinfoil hat and re-read the snowden files?

Chainfire commented on 2013-09-06 at 15:09:

+Jordan Warshavsky your guess is as good as mine

Hello +Chainfire! I have an i9505 that i have flashed with a carrier unlocked stock rom while the device is carrier locked. It worked fine, until i installed all the updates that came up and tried to root it with CF autoroot. It did not work, got the popup message, and I thought that as far as i am unable to root, I wanted to go back to my previous, rootable, Knox free stock rom. Then problems came. I had a screen " firware upgrade encountered an issue" Panicked, of course, as I've never seen this before, and flashed the carrier unlocked rom, hoping that all will be well but surprise surprise: i couldn't turn on wifi, but had Mobile networks(at least HSPA+, and LTE for a couple of seconds) but at the same time, i could not call or recieve calls anymore Please, please help me get out of this mess! your help is very much appreciated!!!

TheGrooveChannel 2017 commented on 2013-09-11 at 21:55:

Can you nit download your stock rom from sam mobile then flash via odin

Csergő Balázs commented on 2013-09-11 at 22:19:

Csergő Balázs commented on 2013-09-20 at 16:06:

Robin Vm! Take your device to an independent gsm/cell phone shop, and tell them the problem, they'll probably be able to help! That's what I've done and i now have a workinh device, although knox warranty void is still 0x01... :(

I try to use TriangleAway on I9505 MH7 with Adam Kernel 1.6 and after reboot it is showed little message on first screen, that it boot into recovery mode, but it boot normaly into system. It is same, when i want to manual boot into recovery mode. Is there any way how can i successfully apply TriangleAway on Adam Kernel?
