Changes from the last two days are the option to relock using previously backed up files (happens automatically during unlocking) and support for multiCSC firmwares. The latter is the main reason it previously wouldn't work for a lot of people.

Note that it still does not appear to work on Exynos Note3's, and I strongly advised against using it on such a device !

Just realised that Sammys region lock for Uk and Europe is anti-competitive forcing

device owners to pay the exorbitant roaming charges of the networks. Seems like Sammy is acting as a proxy for those networks if local Sim activation is not followed by open use of other Sims. Time for Ofcom!

Julio, I search for a long time in the web and only solution for Note 3 MJ7 is buy unlock code for IMEI. Its work fine

Gentleman the way to solve region lock truble for Note 3 MJ7 is buying unlock code. I solve my problem with this code and my Note 3 N9005 works fine

Exynos is processor name, Note 3 have two kind of processors, Snapdragon for N9002 and N9005 models, Exynos Octacore for N9000 Model.  

If you change the rom for a custom rom dont solve region lock problem
