OpenDelta received some security-related updates yesterday, which should be rolling out in Omni nightlies as we speak, so tomorrow's nightly update will be its first live test. These updates will allow secure verification of the re-generated (or downloaded) OTA ZIP by TWRP recovery.

For further details, see the README (Security section) and source on GitHub.
