Happy New Year !

Here are some pictures I took of the fireworks from a friends' balcony on the 15th floor. My first attempt at capturing fireworks (after ample beer and champagne), and hardly post processed (ain't nobody got time for that), but some of them aren't half bad. The humidity didn't help much, but I'm just glad it wasn't really raining, or heavy fog like last year.

Learned a lot about photographing fireworks in this attempt (better next year!). I thought I'd be using a wide-angle because I was in the middle of a fair-sized city, but ended up mostly using my 70-200 at the 200mm end. Most exposures were fully manual f5.6-f7.1, 2.5s-4.0s, iso200-iso400.

I did some wee attempts this year bit I want to shoot with higher f to het better focus and better contrast. My best shot was f12 I think. Anyway, great captures!

Chainfire, I greatly appreciate what you do, helping many people to play games, to root on their devices, but wanted to do an application that many people would love it, do not know if it's possible, but you make so many applications for many impossivel.Queria is an application that makes you connect your device to your computer and use the performance of it, would be pretty cool, you are not obligated to do so but it is a good idea.

Thank you for your attention

Dolan McDooby commented on 2014-01-04 at 00:22:

+Igor Fernandes Abreu I don't think that would be possible. To be able to wirelessly transfer processing power is a bit ahead of our time. But being able to use your phone as a second screen for your computer gaming is possible, even then it wouldn't make sense as you would need to be near your PC to use. Good idea but as of now very unlikely. Unless you believe that cloud proccessing gimmick Microsoft is selling off with Xbox One.

The photos look fantastic. The last one looks like a palm tree.

Sir Chainfire I need your help very bad D: I accidentally installed Chainfire3D on Jelly Bean, I didn't knew that it isn't allowed because I got this APK from another website. And now when I installed it I'm stuck in the boot Screen. Please help me. My Phone is Alcatel One Touch Magic.

Time to buy a new board. Guess maybe you should research your mods before you go flashing away.
