Just uploaded a new SuperSU update to Play, which will be available for you all in a few hours. Of course, the flashable ZIP is already available through this link: http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu , and the XDA thread is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053

As usual, some bugfixing has been going on, including a nasty case of root not working if the ROM chef launched the daemon very early in the init process (much earlier than install-recovery). The environment would not have been properly initialized at this point. 

Apparently there were also still some issues around regarding the terminal window size, and some adjustments have been made in that area. If you're still experiencing issues in this area, let me know. (Note that adb shell itself often messes this up as well, so be sure you're using something like OpenSSH or on-device Terminal Emulator to reproduce issues yourself before reporting them).

The su binary now also has a "--mount-master" option that connects you to a su session in the main mount namespace. Mount commands in this session should affect all processes. This is still a bit experimental, and getting it working requires a reboot after upgrading the binaries from a pre-1.93 version. This feature has been asked for a lot by devs, and it escapes the need to hijack system services to affect system-wide mounts, which is becoming more complicated with every Android release. A new version of StickMount will be released in a few days as well, taking advantage of this feature, and thus avoiding a number of issues some are seeing.

There have been several requests to update the UI to work on 240x240 (smartwatches). It's on my list, but I've not gotten around to it yet. Some other UI things need some adjustments as well - next update, hopefully.

Just installed on my N7 and N4. Updated fine on the N7, but on my N4, after updating the binaries, I got the error "installation failed, reboot and try again". Rebooted, on 1.93, but no option to update the binaries again. Still have root, and root apps are working as expected. Just a glitch?

I'm rooted and have this installed, if I try to use the "SU" command in ADB, it causes problems (repeats commands to the console but doesn't execute them, I don't think its returned to the shell), is that this apps fault? I'm trying to get my phone working again...

I tried to root N7100DDUENA1 and after all process i had Supersu symbol in the menu. And even though I had active Internet SuperSu was not been updated automatically and always shows "unfortunately SuperSU has been stopped" and I don't have root access

But I can't see the files using apks that does have root.

Sadly, the SuperSU (v1.93 to v1.94) update from Play Store has corrupted the TWRP. I am worried that if I redo the steps with newer SuperSU (1.99) that it will erase or corrupt the recovery files. On Nexus 5 (4.4.2)

(Edit: Android Update 4.4.1 to 4.4.2 cause to corrupt the TWRP and SuperSU, restoring the image and SuperSU to newer version, worked and nothing lost) :)
