I have just uploaded a new version of StickMount to the Play Store. It should be available for download within a few hours. Fixes a number of issues with M.
+Ryan Tombs yes u still need, google option only let u reed and copy to phone, but u cant copy from phone to usb. so u need this one anyway
+Ibrahim Heredia I didn't know!
+Ryan Tombs oh...so why do you need it then?
Because it supports sticks that M doesn't.
great +Chainfire o/ and nice wekeend 4you :)
Upgraded!!
+Virtual Anomaly +Ryan Tombs You can copy from / to USB, but the device is not really "mounted" the way StickMount does it : the data on your USB stick is outside the main file system, so you can't use it as (for example) an additional source for your music player.
StickMount allows the data to be found within your directory (for example : /storage/emulated/0/usbStorage).
+Chainfire thanks ;)
Now I can use USB in Total Commander :)
But one more thing, is it possible to block USB to connect in Android? Now when I connect USB I see two notifications, one from Stickmount and one from system. And when I want to unmount my USB I need to do it on both notifications. Because if I unmount it only on Stickmount I can still access via system, and vice versa...
Thank You!!!!!!!!!!
+Michal Ivanič yeh I think the USB port is in the end
My asus cannot get permission..
Was waiting for this, now i can use NTFS drives.
Ok yes I like for thinking
Could you add Nexus Player (or any Android TV device) as compatible device in Google Play? +Chainfire . Thanks.
Using [root] StickMount my drives don't want to stay mounted, I've tried a powered ext hd's, and flash drives and they unmount/remount for no apparent reason (asus nexus media player)
I could deal with it, but when remounting it does not always use the same mount point, and sometimes it even ends up with 2 mounts for one drive. If I upgrade to pro is it able to force a consistent mount point? It seems that the name/uuid option might do it, but if I recall I've tried mounting via uuid in fstab and still had issues?

On 3.33 (pro) with latest supersu (2.67) Nexus 6p, it always shows mass storage device mounted even with nothing external connected...
+Saurabh Sarkar your phone still has to support otg for this to work, you can't expect an app to ad support for something that isn't supported by your kernel /rom in the first place.
