Today brings a minor update to CF.lumen, fixing some issues for Tasker users and fixing a minor performance snafu.

It may take a couple of hours for Play to give you the new version, but as always it is already available from the XDA thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2711912

Changelog

  • CF.lumen driver: smoother filter switching

  • CF.lumen driver in Performance mode: fix disable hardware overlays option sticking when CF.lumen is disabled

  • Tasker: fix black screen on filter selection

  • Tasker: fix brightness change on filter selection

It's a good application! Bought it to support you. Unfortunately, it drains the battery really hard...

Karol Peła commented on 2016-03-30 at 22:03:

I doesn't drain the battery at all when you're rooted, I doubt a simple rootless overlay can cause that.

By the way, in my opinion the app could use a new icon to fit in the material drawer. No big deal here though.

+Karol Peła my phone is rooted

Karol Peła commented on 2016-03-30 at 22:10:

You did switch the driver to CF.lumen in settings, right? Not sure how it was possible for you to observe such drain. I've been using it myself for quite a long time and I don't even see the app in battery stats.

+Karol Peła Yes, i use cf.lumen driver... I don't know how, maybe a config-thing

Performance mode doesn't seem to work on LG V10. Can't use correct drivers.

Why this app is not available for kit kat?

Matthew Schwarz commented on 2016-05-10 at 02:31:

How do you change the drivers or the (performance) mode? Does it require root to change that?

Daniel Neergaard commented on 2016-05-20 at 20:22:

Would it be possible to have an option to adjust the 60 minute disable and wake timouts? Perhaps wake/disable until i enable it or just adjust it to 120 mins. or w/e. Say im active in a game and the sleep mode turns on, some games does not allow one to open the notifications to set wake or disable

Dear Chainfire, using CF.lumen Driver on Asus ZenFone2 ZE551ML Running MM 6.0.1 (rooted / unlocked) - driver mode "performance" is broken (doesn't work at all, nothing happens), Anti-flicker randomly crash. Only compatibility mode seems to work well. Should you need any further information to investigate the issue contact me. Thanks!

William Anderle commented on 2016-09-01 at 09:10:

I confirm the bug above on Asus Zenfone2 ZE551ML running latest official MM version 6.0.1
