I have just uploaded v0.52 of FlashFire to Google Play, and it should be available for updating within a few hours. In the meantime, you can grab the APK directly from my server (see links below).

As usual, the release contains only a small portion of the updates I had wanted to put in there, but time seems to be in ever short supply.

Noteworthy changes

Last release broke support for 64-bit devices running N Preview. This issue should now be corrected.

On some devices OTA updates would fail on the previous version due to the automatically generated wipe action. This issue should now also be corrected.

More devices should now be supported due to fixing a bug in partition detection (seems to affect mostly Motorola)

Fastboot backup now no longer uses 'fill' chunks for raw backups. While this increases the size of the backup of (for example) the system partition, it improves compatibility.

The Preserve recovery option has been moved from the OTA/ZIP action to the reboot action. Backing up the recovery is now the very first thing, and restoring it the very last thing done.

The embedded SuperSU version has been updated to v2.76.

Just wanted to say thanks to chainfire, latest flashfire worked perfectly for my 6p i was on dp4, rooted and decryted, just a few mins later courtesy of flashfire i was up and running with dp5, still rooted and decryted and with all my original data and backups, i was so impressed i had to buy the pro version of the app.

The only thing was it had to be unrolled because of locked bootloader

You have to have a clean root. If there are any modifications to the software such as removed apps or tweaked kernel it wont work.
