This update focuses primarily on two issues relating to flashing OTAs:

Uncrypting errors: some users experienced issues while uncrypting freshly downloaded OTAs (app crash or corrupted uncrypt). This issue should now be solved. If this ever failed for you, there is a good chance your next OTA flash attempt will fail again as well (with a red line complaining about an invalid ZIP file), due to left-over files. The solution is to simply do it twice.

Multi-stage OTAs: some recent OTAs install in multiple stages; they first flash a new recovery to the boot partition (that is not a typo), then boot to that recovery to perform the rest of the firmware update. FlashFire can now directly handle these OTAs without going through recovery.
Note that sometimes, after flashing an OTA, the device may still boot to recovery (and show you an error message). Simply reboot the device if that happens - it doesn't mean the flash failed.
Google Play should start rolling out the new version in a couple of hours. You can also grab the APK directly from own servers (link below).

I've been trying to use Flashfire to flash the 7.1.2 ota to my Pixel XL and it hasn't been working. It looks like it flashes, reboots twice but says that I'm still on 7.1.1. Thoughts?
I own a Google Pixel Xl. Does FlashFire .57 work on the pixel xl and are there any options that I need to check or uncheck first?

Made a full backup today. Haven't seen, that the "result of adding the backup" was set at the end, so I repeated it. Left Flashfire and "added it again ad new" - with the result of 3 time backup!?
Update this file please download it and try to flash it on my device and it will fail me, I can donate it if you update this file

My device is galaxy s6 verizon (SM-G920V) and version 7.0 nougat, baseband: G920VVRS4DQD1, I found a root file with those same characteristics but when I try to do root by odin it throws me the error of the recovery in the device and fail in odin

I had a lot of problems using Flashfire. I think it is dangerous. Yesterday night I was flashing A ROM (md5} on my Galaxy J2. After the 'Loading' screen appears I see the 'SAMSUNG' logo. But it has paST 1 minute, the 'SAMSUNG' logo doesn't go. even it persists after 30 minutes and nothing happens. I started to flash at half past 11 at night. But even it was quarter past 12 it persisted. When it was morning I found my device turned off. WHAT DOES IT MEAN!?? You know TWRP cannot flash .md5 files, so I attempted to flash with this but I this caused me a lot of problems.I thought that the phone may be bricked. I think after this use I have to flash with Mobile Odin.
