I've never been a big fan of Android's Spinner widget (aka dropdown button or combobox) as it is pretty annoying to work with, and on now ancient Android versions they somehow just never came out the size you expected them to be (sucks for alignment) or would cut off (oversized) content in less than ideal places.
Yes, I'm getting tired of it as well. But the S4 is a tricksy ~~hobbit~~ device and it just keeps on ruining my day.
It appears there's been an update out for a while now, but I've not restarted Chrome in ... weeks? Over the span of some days, the menu button has gone from green, through orange, to red.
A lot of the codebase has changed, including pretty much all the important functions, so even if your device is not new with this update, please do re-test and report issues should there be any.
Contrary to what some claim in the forums, all SGS4 models do store a flash counter (it's just no longer visible from Download mode) and kernel binary status.
Seems I forgot all about the T-Mobile model... so here it is.
Fixes issues with SELinux and SGS4 ... should work fine now :)

Finally cracked the secret to making this possible, thanks some hacking, and with assistance from supercurio, djembey, and avicohh.
All CF-Auto-Root's have been updated to include SuperSU v1.30 now.
